Chapel Hill Homes Association inc. was formed in 2009 as a new diverse development of 558 boutique, estate and maintenance provided twin villa homes. The community is one of Overland Parks largest master planned developments and is unique because it is zoned as RP-OS (residential open space) requiring 30% of the total acres as common ground, this creates 70 acres of open spaces and aproximatley two and half miles of walking paths along with natural wooded protected stream-way. Chapel Hill is located right next door to the 1,234 acre Heritage Park with paved trails, 40 acre lake, golf course, disc golf, off leash open run dog park and more.
